Toucan Manicure!

Hi gals! Sorry I've been MIA for the last month or so. I've been so busy with summer vacations and events that I have not even looked at my blog. I do post manicures every couple days on my Instagram though (@thinkpink_kath), so be sure to check my page out! 

Anyways to get started with this post, I'm sure you all have seen Wet N Wild's new "Pop art Craze" collection. Its seriously  one of my best investments in awhile. If you haven't here's a picture of the full collection: 

I was  lucky enough to find the whole collection. Funny story, I was actually on vacation and had to go to the local Walgreens the night we got there. Walgreens was having a sale at the time, and all Wet N Wild "Wild Shine" polishes (Reg. .99) were on sale for .69 each. A total steal. So of course I had to buy the whole collection! That night when we got back to the hotel I used some of my new polishes right away and came up with this mani. 

I used "Stand the test of lime" & "The clock strikes orange" from the pop art craze collection & an Un-named polish that I got from Rue 21 to accent this manicure.

I am seriously so impressed with Wet N Wild right now. Not only did the come up with this beautiful new collection, the polishes applied beautifully and they felt like gel polish when dry. Seriously, they had the smoothest and shiniest look I've seen in a polish that isn't gel. 

Here's my manicure after a full week. Still practically perfect! 

I advise everyone to get this set. It's beautiful and for sure wont break the bank. 

You can purchase these at Walgreens and I've also seen them at Kmart. They're now .99.

Maybelline Colorshow "Pretty In Polka"

Hello everyone! Today I have Maybelline's "Pretty in Polka" from their new polkadot line. 

This polish is absolutely beautiful! Here I have it over white. 

Here's a close-up of "Pretty in Polka". 

The studs on my pinky (as well as my thumb) are from Forever 21. 

You can buy this polish at your local drugstores for roughly around $4.

Love & Beauty's "Baby Blue/ Hot Pink

Hi guys! Sorry I've been kind of MIA on my blog posts. Today I have for you yet another Love & Beauty polish. I fell in love with this in the bottle. I've also heard its very hard to find! 

Here it is! I'm in love! It's a baby blue with pink & blue holographic assorted glitters.

Assorted Manis!

Hello everyone! As I was looking through my photos I found three manis that I did not too long ago before I started blogging! So I wanted to share them with you! 

First we begin with a Dotticure. I entered these nails into a contest on Instagram (that was actually cancelled) and I could not help but fall in love with them! 

I used a dotting tool for accurate dots. The polishes I used for this manicure (from L-R) are Orly "Basket Case", Kleancolor "Holo Pink", NYC "TimesSquare Tangerine Creme", Kleancolor "Holo Orange", Kleancolor "TLC", and Kleancolor "Holo Green". Whew what a list!

I loved this mani! 

Next up I have a swatch of Opi "Blue Moon Lagoon". It's a beautiful holographic polish. An oldie but a goodie! 

This polish is so beautiful! When I had it on I couldn't stop looking at my nails!

Lastly I have a flakie mani! One of my personal favorite combos ever!

Current Polish Stash!

Hey guys! Today I have for you am updated picture of my polish stash! I don't have an exact count, but I do have over 200 polishes! Nearly 20 (or more?) of them are mini bottles that are in a drawer. 

Here's rack #1. As you can see I have it color coordinated instead of brand. 

Here's rack #2! As you can see #2 is brand coordinated. 

I wanted to try both organized by brand and color. I must say I do like both a lot but if I had to choose one style it would be by brand. 

I made both racks (with the help of my mother).

Funky Fingers "Jawbreaker"

Hello Everyone! Today I have for you a beautiful polish by Finger Paints. This polish looks exactly like an indie polish! 

See what I'm talking about?! Indie polish to a tee! As you can see there are bar glitters & hexes as well. It's simply beautiful! 

Here's a close up of "Jawbreaker". Stunning. 

Application was great. I didn't have to fish for glitter. 

You can find this polish at Five Below stores for $2 or 3 polishes for $5!

New Nail Station!

I wasn't going to post anything but I can't resist! Here is my beautiful new nail station. 

How cute?! I know it's not anything special, but I love it! It's such a calming environment. I just want to paint all day! ;) The essentials are on my table. Opi nail envy, Color Club topcoat, nail art/cleanup brushes, Burt's Bees cuticle cream, polish remover and cotton balls! The rest of the polishes are on my rack.
